Terms and ConditionsMaking a Reservation To make a reservation on any of our overnight rides, simply fill out the on-line application form with the requested information and click the "Send" button. All Credit card and personal information are submitted through a secured site and is only accessible by our office. If you prefer, you may also print and mail or fax the form, or call us. Deposits and Cancellations Due to the expense and staff involved in our overnight horseback trips, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the price of the ride per person to confirm your space on a ride. Cancellation of your ride will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit. Please note that our cancellation policies are non negotiable; for this reason we strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance. Final payment for the trip is due the morning that you check in for the ride. No refunds will be given on any trip in progress. Payments We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Debit and travellers cheques. All Credit card and personal information are submitted through a secured site and is only accessible by our office. Please note: Prices are quoted in Canadian Funds. GST Add 5% Goods and Services Tax to all trips. Indemnities We strongly recommend that all of our guests purchase travel, health and cancellation insurance. Each rider will be required to sign a waiver releasing Anchor D Guiding & Outfitting Ltd. from all risks. Gratuities A 15% gratuity is customary and greatly appreciated. |
