Chuckwagon Chili

Chuckwagon Chili

10 lbs. Burger
2 onions, chopped
1 lg. Can brown beans
1 lg. Can kidney beans (drained)
2 cans mushrooms (drained)
1 or 2 28 oz. cans tomato sauce
2 tsp. Chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp. Brown sugar

Brown burger and onions. Add remaining ingredients. Serves 30 people, with baked potato, coleslaw and buns.
